Exchange & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products:

Returns and refunds are not accepted
Exchange is available within 7 days of receiving the item, with the original invoice
The item must be in its original condition, with no damage or signs of use
Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be exchanged

Tajally offers lifetime maintenance service for all Tajalli jewelry.

The customer covers the shipping fees for the exchange.

We do not accept returns from outside Egypt due to customs procedures.

International exchange is only available if the item is brought to our store in person or by a representative.

Once the item arrives at the store, the 7-day exchange policy applies.

Note: In case of a manufacturing defect, the item will be exchanged immediately even after 7 days.
